The 2020 Ram 1500 is a beast of a pickup truck that meshes immense capability with a plush, luxurious interior that is chock full of advanced technology. Tradesman
There is a bevy of engine options that are available for each model in the Ram 1500 model lineup. The standard engine in the Tradesman and the rest of the lineup, however, is an award-winning 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine with eTorque that pumps out 305 horsepower, 269 lb-ft of torque, and can tow up to 7,730 pounds. There is also a 5.7-liter V8 engine with or without eTorque technology that can tow up to 12,750 when the engine has eTorque. You can also choose to power the Ram 1500 with a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel engine that can tow up to 12,560 pounds. On the features side of things, the Tradesman comes with a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, a six-speaker sound system, and 18-inch wheels.
Big Horn & Rebel
The Big Horn comes with all of the Tradesman models features plus chrome exterior trim, foglights, 18-inch aluminum wheels, and more! The Big Horn also opens the door to several options, including a 12-inch or 8.4-inch touchscreen, smartphone integration, and the Sport Appearance Package, which adds a monochromatic paint scheme. The Rebel comes ready for the trails with an electronic locking rear axle, skid plates, tow hooks, and dark ruby red accents.
Laramie
While the Rebel is geared towards the trails, the Laramie is geared towards luxury with leather-trimmed front seats that are heated, ventilated, and power-adjustable. The Laramie also comes with power mirrors, 20-inch wheels, a premium 7-inch driver information digital cluster display system, and is available with a Night Edition Appearance Package.
Laramie Longhorn
The Laramie Longhorn comes with an authentic southwestern appeal that is noticeable from afar thanks to the striking two-tone color options. The interior is where the southwestern design is really noticed thanks to premium leather upholstery that is complemented by real barnwood accents and even a Laramie Longhorn branding mark on the Barnwood-accented upper glove box. The model also comes with a leather-wrapped wood steering wheel and a spray-in bedliner.
