The 2019 Chrysler Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid models have been unveiled and they are mind-blowingly amazing! With each new introduction of the Pacifica, Chrysler has reinvented the minivan segment, setting the bar higher and higher for others in the segment. Pacifica models offer class-leading features and equipment that the whole family will love. 2019 Pacifica New Features
The 2019 model year is adding quite a few new features to the Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid models! The gasoline-powered Pacifica is offered in a total of 6 trim levels ranging from the base L to the luxurious Limited. The Pacifica Hybrid model is offered in just three trims including the Touring Plus, Touring L, and Limited. The Touring L Plus and Hybrid Touring L and Limited models gain brand new polished 17-inch wheels with Tech Grey painted pockets for some extra flair. These wheels are also available on the Hybrid Touring Plus and Touring L models. The Touring Plus, Touring L, and Hybrid Touring Plus models all gain the automatic dimming rearview mirror as standard. A heated steering wheel can now be found as a standard on the Hybrid and gasoline-powered Touring L models. The Hybrid Limited model gains power folding mirrors, memory settings for the audio system, seats, and mirrors, and Auto Advance 'n Return seating for the driver and front passenger. The S Appearance package is now available for every single gasoline-powered and hybrid models. This package adds a more sinister blacked-out theme to the Pacifica with features like all-black upholstery with the "S" logo, Gloss Black interior trim accents, Light Diesel Gray accents and Black Noise finish 18" wheels.
Powertrain Options and Superior Handling
The gasoline-powered Pacifica features the award-winning Pentastar engine underneath the hood. This 3.6-liter V6 engine is mated to the segment-exclusive 9-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission, together they generate 262 lb-ft of torque and 287 hp. The Hybrid Pacifica utilizes a US and FCA designed dual-motor eFlite EVT and a 16-kWh Li-ion battery to deliver 84 miles per gallon equivalent and a 33 miles all-electric driving range. The Pacifica is riding on an all-new platform that delivers reduced harshness, noise and vibration, superior ride comfort, and exception handling. The structure of the body is light and stiff, so the Pacifica is now more responsive to lower levels of body rolls.
Standout Features
The Pacifica models offer so many standout features that make these minivans better than any other in the segment! Some of these features include the Uconnect Theater entertainment system that keeps all the little rear passengers entertained with two 10-inch rear seatback touchscreens, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot to keep everyone connected, a 7- or 8.4-inch full-color infotainment touchscreen offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the latest Uconnect system. Pacifica models also offer three sound systems, the standard six-speaker system with Active Noise Cancellation, an Alpine 13-speaker system, and a premium Harman-Kardon 20-speaker system. We cannot forget about the Stow 'n Vac integrated vacuum system that will make cleaning up after all the kids super easy!
