You might notice that the Trailhawk is no longer included in the core Grand Cherokee lineup for 2023. However, you can still enjoy tons of power and capability throughout the range! The Trailhawk is now available exclusively as a PHEV, making the Overland the most athletic model in the 2023 lineup. The Overland features available 4-wheel drive with the Quadra-Trac II 4X4 system, Quadra-Lift air suspension, Selec-Terrain Traction Management, front tow hooks, and hill-descent control. It’s also eligible for the robust 5.7-liter V8 engine rated at 357 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque. With this engine, the Grand Cherokee’s maximum towing capacity is a whopping 7,200 pounds, and the V8 also comes wih standard 4-wheel drive. The other engine option for this model year is the tried and true 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 rated at 293 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. This engine comes with standard rear-wheel drive, but 4-wheel drive is still an available option. Plus, this engine also provides the Grand Cherokee with a maximum towing capacity of up to 6,200 pounds. 

The Jeep Grand Cherokee is offering drivers more choices for 2023. For example, you’ll have the option to choose between the standard two-row Grand Cherokee that seats up to five passengers, or the available three-row Grand Cherokee that seats up to seven passengers! In both cases, you’ll be able to fold down the rear row of seats to expand your rear storage area to 70.8 cubic feet. The Grand Cherokee L takes this a step further when you fold down both rear rows, allowing you to access up to 84.6 cubic feet of space! The Laredo starts you out with standard features like LED exterior lighting, and 17-inch wheels. The Limited adds some features that really enhance the luxury of the Grand Cherokee, like heated seats in the first and second rows, and Capri leather interior. As we mentioned, the Overland is the most athletic trim level. However, it pairs that sportiness with sleekness, adding features like 20-inch polished wheels, and a dual-pane panoramic sunroof. Inside, it also features customizable ambient LED lighting. Lastly, the Summit offers Nappa leather upholstery, heated and ventilated seats, and a black-painted roof. 

The Grand Cherokee goes above and beyond in terms of safety! The standard suite that comes with all four trim level includes features like blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, active lane management, and more! On upper trim levels like the Summit, you’ll find even more, such as a 360-degree camera, and drowsy driver detection. Speaking of the Summit, you can now find the state-of-the-art McIntosh 19-speaker sound system as an available stand-alone feature! The Summit also offers the available front-passenger display. In terms of tech, all Grand Cherokee trim levels feature the standard Uconnect 5 infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity. The Laredo starts out with a standard 8.4-inch touchscreen, but all other trim levels feature a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen. Other available features include a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, and a built-in navigation system.
