For years, drivers have been clamoring for the Grand Wagoneer to make its return, and in 2022 they have finally gotten their wish, but it's not the Grand Wagoneer that you're used to! This version of the Grand Wagoneer is a three-row luxury SUV that comes with a powerful V8 engine and tons of advanced technology. You have things like a Uconnect touchscreen with speeds that are five times faster than the previous version and comes with modern-day marvels such as wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. These excellent systems are also available in the backseat on higher trims so that you can keep your kids entertained on those long car trips. Overall there are four trim levels available for the Grand Wagoneer. Continue reading as we go over what each one offers.
Series I
We start with the base level Series I trim, which is anything but entry-level in terms of its features. But first, let's talk about what each trim will offer you in terms of power! Under the hood lies a powerful 6.4-liter V8 engine that pumps out a massive 471 horsepower and 455 lb-ft of torque and connects to an eight-speed automatic transmission. You have standard four-wheel-drive with this engine with the Quadra-Drive II, which will detect wheel slippage and send the power to the wheel with the best traction. There is also a Selec-Terrain System with five different settings that allow the Grand Wagoneer to tackle any terrain you put in front of it. Several advanced features are available for the Series I as it comes with a black-accented roof, power liftgate, power-folding mirrors, 20-inch alloy wheels, a 12.3-inch center display, and Nappa leather upholstery. You also get an interactive front passenger display, quad-zone automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera, and a 19-speaker McIntosh audio system. As we said, the Series I is anything but base level!

Series II
Building on the Series I is the Series II which comes with some of the best luxury and tech items on the face of the planet. Standard are 22-inch alloy wheels, a digital rearview mirror, and a Palermo leather interior. You can also upgrade the McIntosh Audio System to 22-speakers.

Obsidian
At the midway point in the Grand Wagoneer lineup is the outstanding Obsidian. On this trim level, you get a body-colored front fascia, 22-inch polished alloy wheels with black inserts, quilted Palermo leather seat trim, and a rear-seat entertainment system with dual 10-inch touchscreens. Best of all, this one-of-a-kind rear-seat entertainment system that also comes with Uconnect touchscreens and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. These entertainment systems also have Amazon Fire TV for Auto and a 23-speaker version of the McIntosh audio system.

Series III
Topping the range for the Grand Wagoneer is the Series III, which is one of the best and most luxurious SUVs ever created. Here you will find bright body-colored inserts, a front console cooler, premium color-tinted glass, and trimmed leather seats with a massage function. You also get several advanced features, such as a spectacular night vision system that comes with pedestrian and animal detection. Like all trims of the Grand Wagoneer, the Series III comes with a ton of available space for both drivers and passengers as you can seat seven while still having room for all their stuff.
