While there are SUVs out there that will get you where you want to go with relative ease, they can be boring to drive. For an SUV with a lot of power and charm, we highly recommend the 2021 Jeep Cherokee. A couple of powerful engine options, including a turbocharged four-cylinder and V6, make the Cherokee incredibly fun to drive. These wonderful engines allow the Cherokee to have a maximum towing ability, which is among the best in the class. You also get terrific off-road capability thanks to the rugged Trailhawk trim, which comes with some of the best off-roading features on the market! Five trim levels are available for the Cherokee. Latitude
Starting off the Cherokee's trim lineup is the base Latitude. Under the hood, you'll find a stark 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that kicks out 180 horsepower and 171 lb-ft of torque. Pairing with this engine is a quick-shifting nine-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel-drive. All-wheel-drive is available for the Latitude as well. There are many wonderful features available for this base trim, including power front windows, exterior mirrors with a heating element, supplemental turn signals, courtesy lamps, a rearview camera, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There are even innovative safety features, including blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-path detection, forward collision mitigation, and lane-keeping assist.

Latitude Plus
Next is the incomparable Latitude Plus, which adds to the Latitude with more luxury and tech features such as heated front seats, a premium-wrapped heated steering wheel, remote start, keyless entry, and push-button start. You also get dual-zone climate control, a power liftgate, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.

Latitude LUX
The Latitude Lux not only gives you a ton of luxury, but there is a ton of power here as well. There are two engine options, with the first being a 3.2-liter V6 that pumps out an impeccable 271 horsepower and 239 lb-ft of torque. The second is a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that has 270 horsepower and a tremendous 295 lb-ft of torque. Both of these engines also pair with a nine-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel-drive with a four-wheel-drive option. As for features, the Latitude Lux has Nappa leather seats, power front seats with a power lumbar adjuster, and a windshield wiper de-icer. You can even get an 80th-anniversary edition that builds off the Latitude Lux with 9-inch wheels with Granite Crystal finish, power front seats with lumbar, dual-zone automatic temperature control, and a 7-inch full-color thin-film transistor.

Limited
The next to last trim is the Limited and builds upon the tech and luxury of the previous trims with an upgraded driver display in the gauge cluster and a standard 8.4-inch touchscreen. Also coming standard is a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, auto high-beam headlamps, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, parallel/perpendicular park assist with a full stop, and park sense front/rear park assist with rear stop.

Trailhawk
Are you looking for a ton of premium off-road features? Then consider the Trailhawk trim! It comes with an advanced all-wheel-drive system, wider wheels and all-terrain tires, and increased ground clearance. Also standard is an off-road-oriented suspension tuning, a locking rear differential, hill ascent and descent control, skid plates, and tow hooks.
