Which Trim Level of the 2019 Dodge Journey is Right for my Family?
Finding the right SUV is hard enough but narrowing it down to the perfect trim level can be even harder! That’s where we come in! We are breaking down all of the 2019 Dodge Journey’s trim level options and going over exactly what they have to offer, helping you find the one the best meets the needs of your lifestyle. In total, there are three trim levels offered for the 2019 model year, they include the SE, Crossroad, and GT. Keep reading to learn more about the 2019 Dodge Journey and all that it encompasses!
SE: Starting at the bottom of the trim lineup, we have the entry-level SE model. This trim comes with features like a 4.3-inch touchscreen interface, automatic headlights, roof rails, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, keyless entry and ignition, a 6-speaker sound system, an auxiliary audio input, heated side mirrors, a backup camera, and roof rails. Each Journey model offers three standard rows of seating. The second-row seats fold down with a 60/40 split while the third-row seats fold flat with a 50/50 split.
There are three packages available for the SE trim level. The first, called the Connectivity Package, adds on a USB port, satellite radio, Bluetooth connectivity, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and voice commands. Opt for the available Comfort/Convenience package, and you will get features like a a driver’s seat that is power-adjustable and updated cloth upholstery. Looking for a blacked out Journey? Opt for the Blacktop package which adds blacked-out exterior trim and 17” alloy wheels. The final package is called the Premium Group. It combines all the features from the Comfort/Convenience and Connectivity packages.
Crossroad: The second trim level in the lineup is the Crossroad model. This trim comes outfitted with features like three-zone climate control with vents for the rear seats, 19” wheels, an 8.4” touchscreen interface, leather upholstery, and a touring-tuned suspension. The Crossroad model also comes outfitted with all the features from the Premium Group. Features available for this trim level include a premium sound system with a subwoofer, heated front seats, a rear-seat entertainment system, remote engine start, a sunroof, and navigation. The Driver Convenience package is also offered for the Crossroad trim adding a universal garage door opener and rear parking sensors.
GT: At the top of the lineup is the GT trim level. This model comes equipped with a further enhanced suspension, exclusive 19” wheels, and all of the features available for the Crossroad trim levels.
