All trim levels of the 2023 Jeep Renegade are powered by a turbocharged 1.3-liter four-cylinder engine which will pump out around 177 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque which should give you enough power both on the trails and on the highway. Paring with this engine is an outstanding nine-speed automatic transmission which will get you a smooth ride. The first trim will come standard with front-wheel-drive while all-wheel-drive is available. All other trims come standard with all-wheel-drive, so you will always get enough traction when needed. Several advanced safety features come standard on the 2023 Renegade, including a Blind-Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Path Detection, which will monitor the areas around the Renegade for vehicles and other objects and let you know when it is safe to change lanes. Another standard safety system is Lane-Departure Warning with Lane-Keeping Assist, which will let you know when your Renegade is about to leave the painted lines. If you drift, you will be notified with visual and audio cues and course-corrected back into your lane.
