2021 Jeep Wrangler Power & Handling

There are many engine options available for the 2021 Wrangler, and each one is potent. Standard on most trims is a solid 3.6-liter V6 that pumps out 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. You get your transmission choice with either a six-speed manual or an eight-speed automatic available for the V6. Several optional engines are available. The first is a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that gets your 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. Next is a diesel engine, and it's a turbocharged 3.0-liter diesel V6 that kicks out 260 horsepower and an astounding 442 lb-ft of torque. Both of these engines pair exclusively with the eight-speed automatic transmission. New to the Wrangler lineup this year is a 6.4-liter V8 with 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, available for the Rubicon. Also new this year is a 4xe plug-in hybrid that takes the turbocharged four-cylinder up a notch by adding hybrid elements that has 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. You also get 25 miles of all-electric range.

2021 Ford Bronco Power & Handling

Only two engines are available for the 2021 Ford Bronco, but there is certainly enough power to be had with both. All trims come with a 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers a stark 270 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque, which pairs with either a manual or automatic transmission. Optional on all trims is a twin-turbo 2.7-liter V6 that gets you a little more power with 310 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque, which only gets the automatic transmission. While we love a lot about both of these engines, they pale compared to all the engines that the Wrangler offers.

2021 Jeep Wrangler Features & Design

Four main trim levels are available for the 2021 Jeep Wrangler, and each one comes with a strong number of available features. Starting things is the Sport, which has17-inch steel wheels, tow hooks, skid plates, and foglights. Willy's versions add to this with four-wheel disc brakes, a limited-slip rear differential, and all-weather floor mats. Adding to this is the Sport S, which brings air conditioning, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and alloy wheels. There is a spectacular Altitude version of the Sport S, which brings all-terrain tires, an upgraded off-road suspension, and black 18-inch wheels. At the midway point is the Sahara, which has some luxury items such as automatic climate control, body-colored fender flares, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There are Altitude and High Altitude versions of the Sahara. These wonderful variants add leather seats and a body-colored three-piece hardtop, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, keyless entry, and an Alpine audio system. Rounding things out is the Rubicon, which adds a ton of off-road features like33-inch off-road tires, electronic locking front and rear differentials, rock rails, and an electronic disconnecting front stabilizer bar.

2021 Ford Bronco Features & Design

With the Bronco, you get a few terrific on and off-road features. All trims of the Bronco come with removable doors and a roof. There is an available Sasquatch package with 35-inch tires with 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels, front and rear locking differentials, and Trail Control for off-roading. Taking a look inside the cabin, the Bronco comes with a ton of space for passengers and all of their stuff. There is also a fold-down windshield, a 60/40 split-fold second-row seat, and a choice between leather-trimmed, durable cloth, or marine-grade vinyl seating. The seats are plush and easy to clean. Quite a few tech features are available for the 2021 Bronco, including a built-in instrument panel with gauges and dials that are easy to use. You also get the latest version of the Ford Sync system, which comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
