2019 Ram Classic Has Arrived
Ram is bringing two amazing versions of its Ram 1500 truck to the table for the 2019 model year! The 2019 Ram 1500 is not available as the 'DS' model or more favorably known, the Classic model, and as the 'DT' model. While the DT carries on the traditional lineup that the Ram 1500 had been focusing in on in the more recent model years, the DS, Classic, will be working to fine tune the light-duty and commercial buyers.
The 1500 Classic model enters the year 2019 with a class-leading ride and handling. Some of its best features include the hidden bins, the flat-load floor, a RamBox bedside storage, new solutions to help keep cargo in control, and an exciting new 'Classic' badge for the fenders! The four trim levels that are available to this truck would be the Tradesman, Express, Big Horn or Lone Star, and the SSV. The SSV stands for Special Services Vehicle.
A few new packages have also been made available for the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic. These packages would be the Chrome Plus for the Tradesman trim with 17-inch wheels, remote keyless entry, a body-color upper front fascia, chrome bumpers, and carpet floor covering. The Tradesman SXT is also available on the Tradesman trim with features like a 5-inch radio, 10-inch chrome wheels, dual exhaust for the V8 models, a body-color front fascia, and chrome bumpers. The final package option is the Express Black Accent package, available on the Express trim. This package adds black wheels, black badging, and black headlight bezels.
The Classic is available in three cab and three-bed length options. These would be as follows: a regular cab with an 8-ft or 6-ft 4-in bed, a Quad Cab with a 6-ft 4-in bed, or a Crew Cab with a 5-ft 7-in or a 6-ft 4-in bed. Additionally, you also have the option of a two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive function and either a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, a 5.7-liter Hemi V8, or a 3-liter EcoDiesel engine. On top of all of this, the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic will also come with the 5-year and 60,000-mile powertrain warranty!
